Affinity Photo, black square

I open now four raw photos in Photo  and always in defalt view black sqare or more cover picture, when I zoom it it dissapear

Do you see the same issue when Hardware Acceleration is turned off under the Performance Settings in Affinity Photo?

It looks as though Hardware Acceleration is not a compatible option... In which case, can you upload a couple of the RAW files so we can take a look?

Hi @Iztok,

Thanks for the files... I'm not seeing any issues with either RAW file in the Develop Persona...

1. If you change OpenGL(Basic) to OpenGL under the Performance Settings do you still see the Black Square, if not
2. If you change Retina Rendering from Automatic (Best) to Low Quality (Fastest) or High Quality (Slowest) do you still see the Black Square
3. Is the Black Square still there after you click the Develop button

I cange to openGL and unseletc use only integrated and now black square doesn't appear
