URGENT Publisher Error Export to PDF on Mac

Hi - I've been working on a complexed hyperlinked digital planner for months and was just getting to the end of it when now I get errors when exporting to digital pdf. When I try the small pdf option it works, but the high resolution version gives me an error. I am on mac, Sequoia 15.1.1 and my Affinity version is 2.5.6. Please help? I need to launch this before the end of December as it's a dated 2025 digital planner. I have tried copying the file to different places, I was using linked images instead of embed so I tried embedding them instead, I am running everything local on my machine and not through cloud storage. Please help?? I don't even know how to find out what the problem is so I could fix it. Thank you!!

Hi @ECLombardo there is a known issue with 2.5.6 but there is a workaround. Please see this FAQ.

Mike, thanks so much! Exactly what was wrong. I thought I had gone nuts when I didn't stumble across this post myself! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, it's exporting perfectly now. SOOOOO happy I decided to dump that "other" company (who shall not be named) who held me in their grips since the dawn of the digital art age, lol. Affinity all the way! Woot!
