Does Affinity Photo 2 have the equivalent of Photoshop's midtone contrast? This was part of Photoshop's shadow highlight adjustment. I found it essential for virtually every photo. I just bought Affinity because it supposedly does focus bracketing better than Photoshop. (I have two hard drives on my computer: Windows 7 which Photoshop is on and can't be moved, and Windows 10 for Affinity.)

Select > Tonal Range > Midtones

Then add a Curves (or Brightness & Contrast) Adjustment Layer

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. Thank you. That didn't come up on my search for midtone contrast. I should've said mid tones. But since then I discovered this video which allows an even more fine tuning:

I haven't tried this method yet
