Ian_NYC_2003 Posted December 1, 2024 Posted December 1, 2024 I've seen in video tutorials as well as in the official documentation for Photo 2 that it should be possible to change the resampling for the mesh warp tool to something like nearest neighbor. This feature does not seem to exist for me, and I cannot find any information on how to turn it on. I just updated to the latest version today, and am using Windows. I've circled the empty area where I believe it should be in this image. Quote

NotMyFault Posted December 2, 2024 Posted December 2, 2024 Can you provide the urls of the tutorial or documentation? I didn’t see anything related to mesh warp filter. For the Mesh Warp Tool, right here: https://affinity.help/photo2/en-US.lproj/index.html?page=pages/Tools/tools_meshWarp.html&title=Mesh Warp Tool Says at the bottom that you can change the resampling settings. The thing is, this is also mentioned in the documentation for the Mesh Warp Tool for Affinity Photo 2, and I've seen other people have the setting visible in Photo 2 tutorials. Quote

Staff Lee D Posted January 16 Staff Posted January 16 @Ian_NYC_2003 The resample option was removed from Photo V2 when the Live Mesh Warp was added. I'll ask the docs team if the help can be updated. Obscured 1 Quote

Perhaps you could be so good as to enquire on the users’ behalf about the reasoning behind that decision, and then relay the answer to us.
