Kung VU Posted December 1, 2024 Posted December 1, 2024 I looked for this topic in the forum and could either not get the location, or only for windows and V1. I tried to find the folder by searching in finder for terms of the add-ons or the authors names. It looks like they are stored in hidden folders which makes it very cumbersome to look for them. The reason I want to know where all the downloaded content ends up is that I want to save space on the precious internal hard drive. I would leave the original folder location where it is in order to not disturb the installing process for future updates but create a symlink to a folder on an external hard drive. This works without any problems and I do this for a range of other programs like music software with libraries that requires hundreds of Gb storage space. I would really appreciate if someone could help me out with this problem. Feature request: Just a dialog in the settings to choose the desired location for additional content. Quote

What you search for could be in the Application Support folder, which is in the hidden User Library. To access this last folder, alt-click in the Go menu of the Finder. Kung VU Posted December 1, 2024 Author Posted December 1, 2024 Thank you, I am aware of the user library folder could not find the assets or add-ons in them. There are some files but they seem too small. Oufti 1 Quote

If in Finder in the Go > Go to Folder... menu you enter ~/Library/Group Containers/6LVTQB9699.com.seriflabs/v2/user & click the Go button, do you see folders named assets.propcol & others for what you are looking for?
