Is there a way to change the text (e.g., to 'Raw 220') and have the remaining elements automatically adjust based on the length of the new text?

One option, in Publisher, would be to use a Frame Text Layer with some Tab Stops (with a “Strikeout” leader).

It's not perfect but it does what I think you have asked for.

I don't know what you mean by that.

You can paste the image or shapes into the text and it will be considered a text-glyph so it should go with the text.

I think Constraints are parent vs child objects related.
Adding an image or shape to text is more pinning related.
So one could set it in the pinning panel or in the text properties.

Working but one more issue i want this as a master page but when i use this in master page( stars shows )and then when i try to use it in the normal page as a template the stars dissapears

In the release version 2.5.6 there is still a known issue with pinning objects not being brought over to regular pages.
This has been resolved in the latest beta version 2.6.0.2900 see https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/search/&tags=AF-1144
