No Unicode support still in v2 after switching from photoshop

Hey Team,

I recently bought universal licence v2, is there any hindi language support now in 2024 and I switched from photoshop and bought affinity but I found no support unicode / any other regional font support or is any other plugin where I can use. I need only in text/for para nothing else. I bought only canva aquires affinity. Is canva planning for regional language support in India in 2 -3 yrs? Else move back to photoshop and will not comeback again on affinity then it is just a tool like petrol without bike.

Unicode is supported but Indic languages (and others) are not.

If you search these forums for indic or hindi you will see various requests for this and some official responses from Serif about it.

Basically Serif would like to do it but it would be a lot of difficult work so they don't envisage it happening any time soon, and they generally don't tell us their plans or timescales for their plans.
