I prepare a monthly A4 full colour local magazine of approx 28 pages.

When exporting to PDF DIGITAL HIGH QUALITY  It will often come up with an error message and export fails.  If I then try to export it as a PDF PRESS READY or FOR PRINT it will work ok.

Usually I isolate the pages one at a time till I find the offending text box or image on a page but it appears to be random.  Any ideas? (tagged pdf is off)

The problem was never appeared in Publisher 1

File attached - error appears to be on page 10.

Thank you

Neal

Hi @Neal S,

If you've updated to version 2.5.6 try checking Embed Profiles when selecting PDF (digital - high quality) as there is a known bug exporting when this is unchecked in v 2.5.6.

If that makes no difference realistically we will need to see your Publisher file to determine the cause of the problem...

If you could use File → Save as Package then Save to a new empty Folder. Once Saved, if you could zip up the contents of the new folder and upload the zip file we should be able to determine what is causing the export issue...
