Suggestion about Text Background

Text Background.
Using Frame or Artistic Text Tool, you have Line and Fill property about the font itself, but you have also the Background and the Border of the Frame. This two last parameters MUST BE EDITABLE AND MODIFIABLE !!

You should even save and/or make Libraries of various configurations.

That functionality is available in Publisher.

Depending on what your requirements are you might like to look at Styles and Text Styles.

You can use the Vector Flood Fill Tool to change the background colour for Frame Text and Art Text
