In Publisher, with the update to version 2.5.6, the arrow keys no longer work to move any object on the page

In Publisher, with the update to version 2.5.6, the arrow keys no longer work to move any object on the page. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or just my problem. Can someone tell me what happened? Thanks!

I'm not experiencing this issue with 2.5.6 on macOS. I don't know what to suggest except to try all three apps and see if the same issue is in all of them.

Sorry, I absentmindedly set the value for the Displacement Distance field to zero. Forgive me but I couldn't figure it out until today.
