Graphic74 Posted November 28, 2024 Posted November 28, 2024 MacBook Air 15”, M2, 2023 Apple M2 16 GB macOS: 15.1.1 (24B91) Affinity Designer 2 Beta (2.6.0) After attempting to install this asset (iOS 12 assets: link), the app crashed and won’t restart even after reinstallation. I need to revert to the regular version. Every time I try to launch the app, I receive this message: " Unfortunately, an issue occurred while starting the application. Some of the stored data could not be loaded. Please ensure the app is up to date. " Quote

Could you try doing a Ctrl run-up and tick Reset Assets only, this will clear any assets installed. If you could then try to launch the app again and see if the error has cleared.
