Coups Creations Posted November 27, 2024 Posted November 27, 2024 Until I purchased a converted sublimation printer, I was and still am using Cricut Design Space for my sublimation designs. I have purchased the Affinity Suite and transferring my designs from Design Space in PDF format to Affinity Photo, saving as SVG then opening them in Affinity Designer. My problem is, when printing from either program, my background colour is printing a pinkish colour but on the screen, it's white. How do I fix this? Quote
Staff stokerg Posted January 15 Staff Posted January 15 Hi @Coups Creations, I can see you resolved your issue over email with the help of our Support Team. For anyone else encountering the issue, the fix was setting a Colour option on the Print window to 'No Colour Adjustment' instead of 'ICM'. Quote
Coups Creations Posted February 28 Author Posted February 28 (edited) Hi, I've recently purchased a new laptop and have lost all my colour/icc settings. I've set my colour management to my printer L1300 and set the icc profile to that printer. When I go to select that printer with the icc profile against it in Affinity, my printer isn't there, only the icc profile. My normal printer comes up but not my sublimation printer. Staff stokerg Posted February 28 Staff Posted February 28 Hi @Coups Creations, Have you installed the software that came with your printer? Does your sublimation printer show in Printers & Scanners in Settings in Windows? Quote
Coups Creations Posted February 28 Author Posted February 28 It's a converted Epson L1300 and it came with no software from where I purchased it. The printer is in printers and scanners on my laptop, yes. Quote
