Solid Eraser Brush?

I feel like there MUST be a simple answer to this....

Where can I find an Eraser brush that is just a solid brush?! Everything I've tried has this faded effect so I have to brush it two or three times before it actually erases.

The first thing to try is turning Wet Edges OFF in the Context Toolbar.

Note: Full-screen screenshots are much better than partial screen-grabs as they give us much more information.
