fckueve Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 On the affinity forum, there was a topic about implementing JavaScript as a scripting language for plugins. Is there any update in that area? Will it be implemented in the future or will something else as a scripting language? Quote
MikeTO Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 Here are three updates from Serif on this topic: Quote Download a free PDF manual for Affinity Publisher 2.6 Download a quick reference chart for Affinity's Special Characters Affinity 2.6 for macOS Sequoia 15.5, MacBook Pro (M4 Pro) and iPad Air (M2)
Lurkmoore Posted December 2, 2024 Posted December 2, 2024 This is one of the key things I'm looking forward to with Affinity, and the one thing that makes me nervous about giving up the Adobe suite entirely for Vector/Photo editing right now. I feel like Affinity is a superior experience in a lot of ways -- the interface is just nicer, the iPad experience is tremendous. But I'd like to get in and be able to make my own tools that may not currently be present in Affinity, so I hope they get this out soon. Quote
