Recall Grid Settings Affinity Designer

Hi.

Looks like the Isometric Grid Settings in Affinity Designer, does not recall settings used in original document.
Not sure if this is a bug is random for one document.

Anyone know how to restore to the original grid settings used in the document?
Is this a known bug?

The grid & axis setup should save as a part of the native .afdesign file, i've not been able to replicate the current grid setup failing to save so far, is it possible that it was just unintentionally switched to a different mode at some stage, which clears the grid setup? Are you able to replicate it on a new document?

Thanks for following up.
Not sure what happened unfortunately. Have other documents with customized grid that maintained its settings.
