Customize Toolbar / Tools question (Affinity Photo v2.5)

I apologize if I am missing something obvious, but I've been looking for a way to put an "Open" and "Save" icon on either the toolbar or the tools region, and I've been unable to find icons for those functions. I can obviously use the drop-down menus or keyboard shortcuts for this, but it's something I do frequently enough that it would be nice to have a button for it.

There are no buttons available for the Open and Save functions in the Toolbar (or the Tools panel, or anywhere else), but some people have asked for them elsewhere in the forums.
