I made this completely (well apart from the sketch) in affinity designer. Started out as a girl with a gun, but the gun didn't suit the picture for some reason, replaced it with a sword and then the mask followed naturally.

I put in a screenshot of the wireframe.

Heavy use of the gaussian blur effect🙂
