Nested Anchor Hierarchy for Book Chapters is Flattened When the Export Window is Invoked or the File Reopened

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Table of Contents for a Book
2. Using the Anchors panel, nest Anchors hierarchically based on the Chapters
3. Save Open Chapters and Save the Book
4. Invoke the Export window or Close then Re-open the .afbook file
5. The Anchor hierarchy is flattened
6. Repeat Steps 2 and 3
7. Select the ToC Chapter tab
8. The Anchor hierarchy is flattened

Note 1: Step 4 will flatten the Anchor hierarchy on Mac and Windows
Note 2: Step 7 only applies to macOS in the 2.6.0.2861 Beta version, not to the 2.5.5 Release version

The issue "Nested Anchor Hierarchy for Book Chapters is Flattened When the Export Window is Invoked or the File Reopened" (REF: AF-5134) has been fixed by the developers in the latest beta build (2.6.0.2950). The fix is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
