LGMizzell Posted November 22, 2024 Posted November 22, 2024 For the life of me ... I'm putting together a playbill for an upcoming performance. Will probably be 40 to 50 pages when done. I'd like, for example, to print a proof to hand off of JUST pages 8 and 9 as a spread on one sheet of paper. Regardless of what I do, it's giving me 2 sheets of paper, with 4 pages ... page 8 is on sheet one, along with a page I don't need (probably the opposing page from further in the doc, but I don't need that), and page 9 is on the second sheet, also along with probably opposing page. There's got to be some setting somewhere I'm missing, but after a few hours, I'm no closer to finding it ... TIA Quote
GarryP Posted November 23, 2024 Posted November 23, 2024 Welcome to the forums @LGMizzell Is page 8 on the right-hand-side of one two-page spread and is page 9 on the left-hand-side of the next two-page spread? Quote
Hangman Posted November 23, 2024 Posted November 23, 2024 Hi @LGMizzell and another welcome to the forums, It would be handy to see a screenshot of your page layout but have you tried using N-Up in the Print Settings dialog window? LGMizzell Posted November 23, 2024 Author Posted November 23, 2024 Here's my layout ... Choosing "N-Up" as suggested by Hangman above still wants to print two sheets of paper, instead of the two pages next to each other on one sheet... Quote
GarryP Posted November 23, 2024 Posted November 23, 2024 Thanks for the extra information. In lieu of a better answer, you could double-click the spread you want to print in the Pages Panel, Export just that spread (Area: Current Spread) as a PDF, and then print the PDF (from a PDF reader). Quote
Oufti Posted November 23, 2024 Posted November 23, 2024 Thank you for the screenshot. You need to precise "2 (pages)" in the Across field. Thank you so very much! Still working out differences between Affinity and Adobe! I'm getting there! Oufti 1 Quote
