DreamOutLoudArt Posted November 22, 2024 Posted November 22, 2024 Designer V2 asks me to sign in to activate my license, tells me I was successful, but then the program does not open. Please help. Thanks, Carla Quote
Wands1101 Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 I am having a similar problem. Designer freezes at the stage of 'checking license configuration' , but photo and publisher are working fine. Please help me too. Quote

Wands1101 Posted November 26, 2024 Posted November 26, 2024 Thank you! I was able to enter complete my license agreement. But now when I try to open Designer, it is trying to use 45GB of application memory and then is unresponsive. I have tried to uninstall/reinstall and the same thing happens. Can you please help? I have a macbook air m1, 8GB, macOS sequoia 15.1.1 Quote
