Jose Jimenez Posted November 21, 2024 Posted November 21, 2024 Is there a way to make concentric circles of different sizes, for example from largest to smallest, equidistant? Quote
GarryP Posted November 22, 2024 Posted November 22, 2024 I don’t know if there’s a way to do what I think you want as the example image you gave is a little confusing in relation to the text. However, if you are using Windows you might like to look at this: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/143089-new-12-free-vector-tools-for-windows-10-users/ The Centrics functionality might provide what you need. Hangman Posted November 22, 2024 Posted November 22, 2024 The only problem is the circles are not equidistant... Something that could be achieved with a blend tool... GarryP Posted November 22, 2024 Posted November 22, 2024 One method to get concentric circles with a linearly-increasing radius would be to, in Designer only: create the initial circle; duplicate it; use the Contour Tool to increase the radius by the amount required; use Bake Appearance in the Context Toolbar; duplicate this larger copy; use the Contour Tool to increase the radius by the amount required; use Bake Appearance in the Context Toolbar; and repeat until you have the number of circles you want. Note: Don’t just create duplicates of the original circle, without baking the appearance, and keep giving the duplicates larger and larger radii as that doesn’t work well (you can try it to see for yourself). I have already solved it, thank you very much for your kind response! Greetings, have a great day! Quote
