Hi,

I wanted to get Photo 2 but I accidentally bought Designer 2 by mistake. 

How do I undo this? I've already emailed customer service and they have given me a ticket number.

Welcome to the Affinity forums.

You can email affinityreturns@serif.com within 14 days of purchase (if you purchased directly from Serif) to arrange a return of the product, and a refund, and then purchase the correct product. But as you've already contacted support, they may have other suggestions.

You’ll only cause confusion — for yourself as well as for Serif staff — if you try to get help with the same issue via two different support channels (here and via email). Please reply to the email they sent you and then take it from there.
