bitblitter Posted November 21, 2024 Posted November 21, 2024 Hello, In some situations object outlines stay permanent after hovering over them, even if the layer that contains them is blocked. It doesn't appear when exporting, but it's a bit annoying especially when having quite a few layers. I attached a file with the specific issue ( bug-afdesigner-permanent-object-outlines-win11.afdesign ), so it hopefully can be replicated. Software and system info: Affinity designer version: 2.5.5 OS: Windows 11 Home Version: 22H2 OS version: 22621.4317 Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1041.0 PC: Lenovo Legion 15ACH6H GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop (GA 106M) CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H Display: 2x 1440p monitors, issue appears on both bug-afdesigner-permanent-object-outlines-win11.afdesign Quote
Old Bruce Posted November 21, 2024 Posted November 21, 2024 Those look like you have Show snapping candidates turned on. Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
bitblitter Posted November 21, 2024 Author Posted November 21, 2024 Oh, thanks! that's correct! I probably messed up with the snapping options at some point... Thanks a lot, turned out it was not a bug, but a feature this time Quote
