Hello, In some situations object outlines stay permanent after hovering over them, even if the layer that contains them is blocked.

It doesn't appear when exporting, but it's a bit annoying especially when having quite a few layers.

I attached a file with the specific issue ( bug-afdesigner-permanent-object-outlines-win11.afdesign ), so it hopefully can be replicated.

Software and system info:

  • Affinity designer version: 2.5.5
  • OS: Windows 11 Home
    Version: 22H2
    OS version: 22621.4317
Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1041.0
  • PC: Lenovo Legion 15ACH6H
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop (GA 106M)
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
  • Display: 2x 1440p monitors, issue appears on both

Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
