tbird
I am trying to convert a cluster of ellipses in a graph into a different shape (triangle, square, etc....). Is there a quick way to do this? Thanks,
JimmyJack
If the cluster is a lot of iterations of a couple of Symbols, very quick. Any chance that's the case? Also, circle to triangle is easy if you started with the Pentagon tool. Any chance? Otherwise..... you can do some group/batch things to handle at least some of the heavy lifting. I.e. getting to a horizontal diamond shape would be very simple (convert all nodes to sharp corners). But then each one would have to be rotated and squished to make squares. Triangle... again you can get it close in a batch process.... convert to Pie change values to get a triangle, again convert nodes to "sharp". But these triangles will be smaller and (possibly) off center to the original ovals.
