Hi, I've a few PDFs that are merged into a publisher document via a data source. They have different sizes and aspect ratios. The destination picture frame is set to Scale to Minimum Fit. When I do the merge and view the output the images are squashed and stretched. Editing the output file (detached) I can see that all the generate images are set to Stretch to Fit. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?

(Before anyone asks I am unable to share the source files).

Not from my point of view. Perhaps it is worth a try to have the destination picture frame selected with "Scale to Minimum Fit" and use "Synchronise defaults from selection"? Then try the merge again.

Hi @joe_l thanks for the suggestion. I tried it even though I don't understand what it does. Needless to say it changed nothing and the result was still the same. Individually I can edit the output file picture frames and switch them to Scale to Minimum Fit and things seem to be OK - it's just a tedious job when the spreadsheet gets edited and I'm expected to churn out new artwork quickly. I'm going to try an invisible rectangle as a fixed size and aspect ratio frame around all the artworks to see if this will work.
