I can't get text wrapping to work in my document.
It works in the text frames on the Master page but not in those same frames on the spread pages.

I've read as much as I can about this issue.
I've checked all the settings and 'Ignore text wrapping' is not selected.
I've made new frames on which text wrapping is available and used 'Syncronise from selection' and 'save' within the defaults menu. I've done this on both the Master and spread pages.
I've cleared all my content and reapplied the Master to all the pages.
Still, text wrapping is not available on the spread pages.

Maybe I'm missing something basic and obvious.
Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have a sample APublisher file for us?

Select the image, then Windows > Text > Pinning

Click the Unpin button and try the wrapping again

Okay, so does pinning fix and object in place and disable text wrapping then?

Pinning can fix an object in place but should not disable text wrapping so you can repin an item after unpinning it and switching on wrapping

But there are bugs, hence the need to unpin it in your case
