loudness Posted November 20, 2024 Posted November 20, 2024 I have a PSD file that uses smart objects. In Affinity Photo 2 preferences, I've applied "Import PSD smart objects when possible," but I'm not able to double-click the "Box Cover" layer to get to the blue book cover. I've used a similar file from the same company and it worked fine, but this one doesn't seem to let me get to that blue layer. Is there something I'm not doing right? Any suggestions? Quote
walt.farrell Posted November 20, 2024 Posted November 20, 2024 Box Cover is a pixel layer, so perhaps (assuming it was a smart object in the PSD) it used some Photoshop function that Affinity doesn't support. Note that the Setting option says "when possible", and sometimes it's not possible. loudness Posted November 20, 2024 Author Posted November 20, 2024 Fixed. I re-imported the PSD and selected the layer, then the move tool, and chose Edit Document. walt.farrell 1 Quote
