Hi,

I have double paged document with some pages with the image covering the whole area (and the bleed among the double page).

If I export all pages (not the layout page) with the bleed, I get extentions on the right and left side of the pages which belongs together as it seems. This is a good thing, BUT I get also very strange extentions on the upper side of some pages with full side image. Hope somebody understands me :D

Cheers

@Return

it's hard to reproduce it, because it's not always the same

On the first image, the yellow field has nothing above it on the page, I have no idea, why this area appears.

On the second image the export just destroys text for some reason. I can not see any reason for that in the document.

export as PDF-X4 on MacOS Sequoia 15.1 / M1 Max

If I choose PDF-X3 or PDF-X1, the result is also kind of damaged

as it seems PDF 2.0 or 1.7 (I suppose also lower) gives me a clean result!

So, I suppose there are some problems with PDF-X export, maybe just on Sequoia?

This reminds me visually to artefacts caused in Affinity by hardware acceleration. You could try an export with APubs's hardware acceleration deactivated – although the issue appears to you only in exports as PDF/X.

• MacBookPro Retina 15" |  macOS 10.14.6  | Eizo 27" | Affinity V1
• iPad 10.Gen.  |  iOS 18.5.  |  Affinity V2.6

YES!! It seems to be an issue with hardware acceleration. I disabled it and run just with OpenGL and the issue's gone.

So the MacOS Sequoia makes some problems for the Affinity
