Please add the option to postion an artboard on full pixels, because exporting artboards with digits after the comma for X or Y are always exported in odd formats (e.g. 1921x1080 px instead of 1920x1080px(very annoying)). And please add the portrait-landsscape-mode switch to easily switch formats!AffinityDesigner22024-11-1910_57_28.png.5e60aea6f053154fb50891aac09d3893.png

Just a comment, in case you're not aware of the existing functions: Appropriate use of the Snapping options that already exist (force pixel alignment enabled, move by whole pixels disabled), and avoiding the use of Alt/Opt when dragging an Artboard, can already ensure that the Artboards start on and keep proper pixel boundaries.

But your idea for that checkbox would make recovery easier when they are mispositioned, and the transform panel is used to fix them.

Hi Walt, thanks for pointing this out. I wasn't aware that this works for Artboards as well. Thanks. Maybe the actual problem is, that Affinity Designer isn't able to export an Artboard in it's exact size, even if it isn't positioned on whole pixels.

You're welcome.

And yes, I think that's part of the issue.

I believe that Serif will never do this completely unsystematic step. The Transform panel is used to transform selected objects, not to define the document format. If this button should be somewhere, it should be in Document setup.
But what the Transform panel could do, for example using the context menu, is swapping the H and W values, or alternatively X and Y.
