Windows 11 23H2

Hardware acceleration ON (<== This is the issue)

I recently upgraded my system which had an RTX 4090 to add an RTX 3070. Three monitors are connected to the DisplayPort ports of the 3070, and nothing is connected to the 4090. The rationale is to use the 3070 for general UI and reserve the full 4090 and its VRAM for 3D rendering tasks only. Load any file, and use CTRL-mouse wheel to quickly zoom into the image. Instant crash. Turning off Hardware Acceleration solves the problem, at the expense of the feature. I've tried repairing and resetting the app, as well as completely uninstalling and reinstalling it. If I plug an HDMI cable into the 4090 and connect it to one of my monitors, even if it isn't being displayed, the problem goes away.

Sounds like an excellent diagnosis, as well as an interesting machine setup :)

That should give Serif a good starting point to diagnosing the problem.
