Suggestion to add an upscale option to the export dialog of publshier.

Hi,

When exporting an images and the image has a higher resolution than required Publisher can downscale the image. You can even select the algorithm. Bilinear, Bicubic, Lanczos, etc.

Sometimes the image has a lower resolution than required. I would tile to have a checkbox in the dialog that enables me to make the software upscale low resolution images to the export resolution if required. Lanzos is a great algorithm. I would prefer my computer to upscale the images using Lanzos, than letting the print company upscale the images using their algorithm.
