jimjumper Posted November 16, 2024 Posted November 16, 2024 I have a simple 30 page document with a single Master page. All the pages show the proper page number in the correct format except one. I've deleted all the layers except the Master and have even moved the pages around, putting another page in that section with out changes but it still doesn't show a page number. Any ideas? Quote
R C-R Posted November 16, 2024 Posted November 16, 2024 In the Layers panel of this document page does the Master page layer appear there? If in the Pages panel you hover the pointer over this page, does it list the master page name in the popup? Is this document page the same size & type (spread or single page) as the Master page? jimjumper Posted November 16, 2024 Author Posted November 16, 2024 Never mind. Not sure what I did but swapped a couple pages up and down and whatever was hidden went away! Beats me but I got it figured...🤣 Quote
MikeTO Posted November 17, 2024 Posted November 17, 2024 It may have been off page - sometimes when you add, move, or remove single pages, it messes up the master pages and their objects can be off page. You found a way to fix this but if it happens again, just reapply the master page. The upcoming version 2.6 includes improvements to avoid this issue happening.
