As far as I know, there is no way to switch off the update reminder. However, this message should only appear once a day for each programme.

If you are using the beta versions, it is strongly recommended that you install the updates.

If you purchased directly from Serif, try;
In the Affinity App go to: Preferences > Software Update, and from the drop-down select: Never

It happens every time, not just once a day. And yes, I'm on Windows:(

The update messages are too frequent. In most of my cases I just need the software to do some basic works. Latest features or bug fixes are not always necessary for me.
