Photo colour wheel causes screen glitch

Hi

been starting to use Photo 2, and learning the basics - but colour tab seems to cause a screen glitch - all other tabs and functions see okay , just colour tab. Went to record using ipad screen recorder, and it went away. Stopped recording and its back. Have uninstalled and re-installed - but still the same. See attached video. Any help much appreciated.
