Publisher punches footnotes together

Hi,

after some updates of Publisher, I got a strange problem with some footnotes. They are just punched together on the same space.

Somebody an idea, how can I reorganize them?

Unticking "Pack Short Notes" should suffice. 

I observe though that your notes were changed in the "Custom" tab of Notes panel.  In my experience it's better, whenever possible, to modify only the Document-Wide tab. Custom tab offers a local overriding possibility but its use is to be reserved to specific cases.

To correct this:

• In the "burger menu" at the top of Notes panel, change "Revert All Footnotes to Document Settings"
• Check that the text style for footnotes and other settings are appropriate
• If not, Undo…

tried it, but it makes smth weird then.

Don't know, why I choose the custom tab some time ago. There was some reason, but I forgot it.

I'm still struggling with understanding of the workflow for footnotes / endnotes etc.

And if I didn't work on the project some time, I forget everything I learned about it and must learn it again
