PPGMD Posted November 14, 2024 Posted November 14, 2024 So I went to load a LUT into Lumafusion, the video editing app I use, but I was unable to load it as Affinity Photo had registered all LUTs. iPad OS only allows applications that registered a file type to open it. So I had to uninstall Affinity Photo to load the LUT. This needs to be fixed, I shouldn't have to uninstall one application to do something as simple as load a LUT. Quote

Unfortunately, this is an issue specific to iOS and file association permissions, you can read more about this in my post below. As a workaround, renaming the LUT extension from .CUBE to .CUB should allow it to be used in Photo or vice-versa. Quote
