Isn't exists function to same Photoshop's apply image in affinity photo?

Hello i'm newbie affinity user, Just before i watched dodeging and burning lectures and teacher used the apply image function on photoshop and that work like luminosity masking skill but that's result bit diffrent so i also want to tried that in affinity but didn't do that!

How can i do? is that exist alternative way? or just my foolish skill problem?

Photo 2 does have the 'Apply Image' function available for image composite/blending, more info below.
