Hello,

I have recently purchased an Affinity 2.0 License and I have not been able to use any Hindi fonts. The font misplaces certain text content and I am unable to find a fix. I have dug through the entire support forum as well as tried to look for a fix in the help document but couldn't find anything relevant. I am using Mac OS 14.6.1 and have Affinity 2.5.52636 installed on it. I sincerely request for your help on this topic.

Welcome to the forums @AO0

Most ‘non-Western’ writing/script isn’t fully supported in the Affinity applications.

If you search the forums for hindi font or indic font you will find lots of discussions, some of which give reasons for this, and some ‘workarounds’.

This is logged as bug AF-3329 and it's complex enough that I do not expect to see a fix from Serif soon.
