[AP] No "Fill" choice for "Layer type is" in States > Queries?

Have I just missed it or is the Fill layer type not available as a choice in the States panel Query section?

I don't see it on Windows, in either Photo 2.5.5 or 2.6.0.2861 Beta.

Thanks. I also note that there is no Master Layer Query > Layer type choice, which might be useful in APub's Photo persona, & in any docs created in APub but opened in AP.

I would prefer not to have to worry about that & have Fill layers among the layer choices.

I did not see where in that topic this was mentioned but it doesn't matter. I think master pages should be treated like any other layer type in the Query.

I don't think I should have to give fill layers any custom names or worry about duplicate names when it would be simple & straightforward if I could just select Fills as a layer type. Ditto for the tag colors.

Does that seem unreasonable to you?

I sometimes do have other layers ending with "Fill" & I sometimes rename a Fill layer to something else, particularly when I have added more than one Fill layer so I can compare what my other layers look like against differently colored backgrounds.

It would be much simpler if the Fill layer type was including .
