I'm using a font called Maphylla, on a Mac, and as I'm typing, it's using all the glyphs instead of basic characters. I'm attachig a pic of what it should look like (top) and (bottom) what I'm seeing. I've tried going into the glyphs panel and choosing the basic characters, but it just keeps giving me the glyphs and will not change to the regular characters. How can I get this changed?

@ShenaJ I have looked at this font on the website and find that there are some variants. First screenshot is from the website.  If your version has them, then you might check with the Typography Panel —WINDOW>Text>Typography — second screenshot, and see what is checked.  Perhaps this may help.

In this situation, I would begin by checking what is set in the Typography panel. Perhaps could you post here a screenshot of it when some of the wrong text is selected?

I apologise for any approximations in my English. It is not my mother tongue.
