sprw and sprh don't take X/Y offsets into account

AF-891, an issue with sprw and sprh, was fixed in the latest beta so I tested it with multi-page spreads which worked fine and X/Y offsets which did not work as I expected. If any of the spread's pages have an offset, the spread dimension variable won't take the gap into account.

e.g., If you have an A4 spread with an x=50 mm offset for the second page, setting an object's width to sprw will make it 420 mm instead of 470 mm.

The issue "Transform Panel Expressions don't update when you change spread properties" (REF: AF-5036) has been fixed by the developers in the latest beta build (2.6.0.2900). The fix is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
