JohannesVD Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 Ventura 13.2.1 Affinity Designer 2.5.3 Mac mini, M2 processor In the top bar I can see the alignment icon, it works fine. But I use it a lot, and want to have it in a permanent panel. I see no way to create and dock such panel. It should be under. It should be under ---window, or under ---window ---studio. But nothing there. Did I miss something, or is there no way to create/open a panel for this useful option? viterzbayraku 1 Quote

No, you cannot open a panel for that at the moment But you can request it in the "Feedback & Suggestions" forum Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. No version of the Affinity applications has ever had that function. Perhaps you're thinking of the older "Plus" (legacy) Serif applications, which are entirely different and unrelated? JohannesVD Posted November 10, 2024 Author Posted November 10, 2024 I saw it in one tutorial (third party), I cannot find it back anymore. I can live without it. But perhaps it will come in a next update. Quote

Just out of curiosity, why can't you use the added direct commands in the Toolbar as I suggested? I had added all the items way back when but I didn't use them because of the missing controls. First/Last selected Margin, Spread and Selection Bounds. A dedicated panel would be quite useful in my opinion. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
