KarinC Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 For some reason this morning I decided to switch my swatches' appearance from small to medium. However, I get these thick, random black borders between them which makes them hard to look at. This doesn't happen with small or large. Is there some way to fix this? Windows, Designer 2.4.2 Quote
Ldina Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 Interesting....I'm using Mac Ventura with v2.5.5. I tried both the light and dark user interface (with Photo) and my swatch icons look the same whether small, medium or large.. Same border color and width. mopperle Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 I can not replicate this in Windows 11 and Designer 2.5.5. What happens when you set it to medium and restart Designer? Quote Regards, Otto Affinity Suite v2.6.x - Windows 11 Pro

Is this only happening with Neptune - Earth Tones (or other Neptune swatches), or with all swatches generally? Did you install using the MSIX version of the installer, or the MSI/EXE version? Staff Lee D Posted January 10 Staff Posted January 10 @KarinC It's not something I can replicate on any of our Windows systems. Have you since updated to 2.5.7 and are still seeing the issue? Doing a CTRL runup to reset the app the defaults and then switching the app UI back to Light? If Hardware Acceleration is enabled within the apps Settings >Performance, try turning it off and restarting the app (worth checking). It shouldn't cause any issues but you could also try changing your Windows display settings/colours, just in case. Quote
