From the existing posts about color profiles I didn't manage to get a working result. So here's my problem:

A Rec.709 / ITU screensave which opens fine in preview and PS is being interpreted as a 32bit HDR when opened in Affinity Apps. I tried several color settings for imports and never got it to work properly. Any idea what's going on here or how to go at it?

It's still annoying enough, that it doesn't work right out of the box, but since I prefer working with Affinity as opposed to the evil overlords I want to get this done....

any help is much appreciated!

Try adding a Procedural Texture filter per my post in this thread. This will apply a gamma transform from linear to 2.2 gamma.

Hi @shootingpandas,

Thanks for reporting this.

We do have a couple of issues like this logged already but i've logged this as its own issue and linked it to the others as its possible this is slightly different to the other issues we already have logged.

This thread will get an update from the Affinity Info Bot when the issue has been resolved :)
