Marc Engel Posted November 8, 2024 Posted November 8, 2024 Whenever I copy a part of a document and then paste it as New From Clipboard (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+N on Windows) the pixel density changes to 96dpi, no matter what the original was. Is there some way to change these settings to the way I use most often??? Quote
walt.farrell Posted November 8, 2024 Posted November 8, 2024 Welcome to the Affinity foruyms. Unfortunately, the DPI information of the original is lost during that operation. Fixing that is logged with the developers as an improvement request, APL-527, as mentioned by a former Serif staff member here but the developers have not acted on it yet. At this point you will need to either create the new document manually and Paste into it, or use New from Clipboard and the adjust the document's DPI manually.
