unable to log in to my account - I never receive security code

I'm unable to log in to my account.

Once I log in, I get the 'verify security code' option, however, I never receive any security code by email or phone.

I tried to reset the password, and that worked, got an email with reset link. But still, never get the security code after resetting the password.

Any suggestions of what to try?
