Inserted field resets when the file is opened on iPad

macOS: I insert a field using Insert -> Fields -> More and double-click on the Save Count field in the Fields panel, then save. The field is detected continuously and correctly upon each save.

iPad: I open the file from iCloud and see that the field is now 0. It seems the field no longer updates on iPad, but it resumes updating from 1-2-3 on macOS.

I haven’t checked if this happens with other fields.
