Unable to always launch all Affinity software

Using:

* Windows 11 Pro
     Version: 23H2
     OS build: 22631.4317
* Affinity Designer 2.5.5
* Affinity Photo 2.5.5
* Affinity Publisher 2.5.5

Issue:

* When launching either of the three listed Affinity software above. Splash screen appears, then disappears, but nothing happens.
* In the Windows Event Viewer it sometimes states that the application hangs, but not always.
* Issue is temporarily resolved when restarting the PC, but returns after restarting the PC after the application has been launched.
    * Issue is NOT resolved temporarily, or permanently, by killing the process from Task Manager.
* This results in some of the Affinity applications being able to be opened, while others not. After restarting the PC it's flipped which is able to launch or not.
* Unable to find any crash or error logs. Please guide me if needed.

Note:
* I'm not sure if this started from the latest 2.5.5 update, or from a Windows update.

Edit:
* Issue may be related to the software's window is unexplicitly moving to a different monitor than what it was on before, and moving to a monitor not currently using, but connected to.

If you ever have multiple monitors connected, you should try ensuring they are all connected and turned on. If you no longer have the problem, that confirms what causes it.

Alternatively, you could restart the application while pressing the Ctrl key. Release it only when you get the Clear User Data dialog. In that dialog, there should be several options selected by default. I would deselect Reset Studio, but leave the others, and see if that resolves your problem.
