When I resize object, sometime it worked proportionaly, sometime not, sometime with shift, you never know what logic, I suggest taht basic rezize is always proportional, because 99% of work resizing is proportionaly and if i like resize nonproportionaly with alternate.

If you leave it set to the default of Automatic, then you need to understand how that works. Objects with a natural aspect ratio will be constrained unless you press Shift. Objects without a natural aspect ratio will not be constrained unless you press Shift.

If you would prefer consistency, then either choose to constrain all the time (unless you press Shift) or to not constrain (unless you press Shift).

Who the hell know all the settings, I think that it would be wise if this option is on by default, because 99% is usable, who want to resize unproportional and if, yust alternate, common task for this, why not simple, why complicate such simple things?

I can only explain how it works, not why they decided to implement it nor why they chose that default.
