Welcome to the forums @pramudhita,

The export window is a modal dialog so it will lock out interaction with the app window below it. It's possible that the export menu is somewhere off-screen or minimised, If you press ALT + SPACE does a small context menu appear that allows you to press "maximise" to restore the export window? Alternatively, if you double click the Designer 2 icon in the task bar does it bring it forward?

You could also try the steps below to reset the User interface to default:

  1. Close Designer 2
  2. Hold down CTRL and launch Designer 2 while continuing to hold CTRL
  3. A 'Clear user data' menu will appear, press 'Clear' at the bottom right
  4. Open a new doc and try file -> exporting again.
